Can I use my account on PayPal to make a payment?
Yes, you can. All payments are processed by 2checkout.com. The service provides several payment options for your convenience, including PayPal.

Can I extend my current plan, if it's term has not yet expired?
Yes, in this case, your plan will be extended to the required number of months from the expiry date.

I need to link my Instagram account to Push.photo account, but it's alread been connected to my old trial account on Push.photo. What should I do?
In this case, you have to remove your Instagram account from the account irrelevant Push.photo, then select and pay plan for your current account Push.photo and connect your Instagram account to your checking account Push.photo.

I'm not going to use the service anymore. Can I get my money back?
No. The service is sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

I want to get another plan. What I should do?
You can get another plan after your current plan expired. In all other cases email us support@push.photo

Can I attach mu credit card or paypal account for automatic plan renewals?
No, the service doesn't store your payment information. We are not making any payment operations without your knowledge. We remind you before the end of the plan.

I want to add more than 10 Instagram accounts. Is it possible?
We can offer you a special plan, the price is calculated individually and depends on the number of accounts. Special plans available for 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Email us support@push.photo to get calculated price.

I have only one Instagram account, you can make a custom plan for me?
We can make a custom plan for one account, but its price will be the same as that of the plan with two accounts, as is the minimum price for us.
